Our Presenters

Larry Emmert
Legend Valve has been in business since 1988 serving the plumbing valve and fitting wholesale market across the United States. Stocking approximately 12,000 products and headquartered in Auburn Hills, MI, Legend guarantees operational performance to our customers, promising 100% fill rate, 100% accuracy, and shipment within 24 hours. If Legend does not meet one of these commitments, we provide cash back to our customers on an order by order basis. Larry Emmert has been with Legend Valve for 15 years and currently is Vice President of Operations. Prior to Legend, Larry worked in the 3PL industry focused on IT project management and warehouse system deployments. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Detroit College of Law.

Brandon Hetrick
Brandon has been with Parker for 9 years. He has taken on progressively larger roles over the course of his time with Parker. Currently, he manages 5 distribution sites around the US with the largest being their Louisville, Kentucky site. Louisville is the site that has implemented the Chucks. Parker Hannifin is located in 50 countries around the world supporting 100 divisions with 336 manufacturing locations. Parker's unrivaled industrial distribution network extends to approximately 13,000 locations globally. Through this extensive network of local, independent businesses, Parker brings its products and services to customers in 104 countries. This includes continued penetration of the ParkerStore network of industrial retail outlets, which has more than 3,000 locations around the world. Parker is comprised of six product groups spanning the core motion technologies - electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic - with a full complement of fluid handling, filtration, sealing and shielding, climate control, process control and aerospace technologies.

Patrick Houlihan
Patrick Houlihan is the Director of Operations for Top Notch Distributors, Inc. a national wholesale distributor of architectural door hardware. In the last 5 years, Patrick has worked with many vendors to utilize technologies in their four warehouse operations to support Top Notch’s rapidly growing business. Top Notch’s team has been able to support over 50% growth in orders over the past 5 years with the same headcount levels that they had 5 years ago through process changes and the use of warehouse technology. Previous to Top Notch, Patrick worked in the pharmaceutical industry for Sanofi, Inc., where he spent 12 years in various roles in Supply Chain Management, including Lead Operational Supervisor, Supply Chain Project Management and in Purchasing Planning Management for VaxServe, a medical distributor and wholly owned subsidiary of Sanofi. Prior to joining Sanofi, Patrick worked for Armstrong World Industries for 7 years, serving in various roles such as Customer Service Manager, Demand Planner, Production Planner and Transportation Analyst. Patrick has a BS degree in Supply Chain Management from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania.

Timmy O'Dwyer
Timmy O’Dwyer joined Dell in 1997 and is Vice President for Service Parts Operations. In this role, he leads a global organisation of over 5,000 direct & indirect team members including an extensive portfolio of outsourced partners in 100+ countries. The organisation supports customers of Dell Technologies’ Services hardware offerings through a network of high performing distribution and repair operations. Encompassing both in and out of warranty offers, examples of infrastructure include whole unit repair depots, central parts distribution centres, disposition/repair facilities and mission critical next/same business day locations throughout the world. A proven leader and experienced executive, focused on developing and energising great teams. Result driven, innovation orientated, with a passion for optimising, automating and transforming areas of responsibility. A keen advocate of strategic thinking, diversity and inclusion, as demonstrated from being a MARC ambassador and supply chain industry speaker. Prior to Dell, Timmy held leadership roles within AST Computers, NCR, Teradata and Wang.

Simon Jones
Simon has worked with companies such as Honeywell and Vocollect, as well as disruptive software start-ups NetDespatch and Scandit, which has given him a unique understanding of the challenges facing retail, e-commerce, warehousing and supply chain industries. Since joining 6 River Systems he has been working with organisations across the UK to help them navigate the delicate balance between warehouse productivity and employee welfare. During his presentation, Simon will demonstrate that you can achieve high levels of productivity whilst retaining your best people and maintaining complete flexibility in a fast changing environment.
